Applicant’s Personal Account

The User confirms that he or she grants consent to personal data processing by registering a personal account on https://priem.nsu.ru. The User, hereinafter referred to as the Subject of personal data, has familiarized with the Regulation on protection of personal data of employees, applicants and students of NSU, with the Policy on personal data processing at NSU published on the NSU website: www.nsu.ru.

In compliance with Federal Law on Personal Data of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ, I hereby grant my written consent voluntary, by my own will and in my personal interest on processing the following personal data to Novosibirsk State University located at 2, Pirogova st., Novosibirsk, 630090:

• full name
• gender
• citizenship
• data, year, place of birth
• passport data
• registration and residence addresses
• information on migration registration
• telephone numbers
• e-mail
• information on education, qualification, special skills and training
• information on academic progress,
• information on individual achievements,
• medical data required for admission in the case specified by the law,
• information on any foreign language skills,
• information on parents (full name, address of residence, phone number) in case of the first-time admission for a bachelor or a specialist degree programs,
• personal photographs,
• specialty, profession (for PhD students)
• place of work, position (for PhD students)
• other data provided to NSU with regard to p NSU admission campaign.

I grant the right to Novosibirsk State University to carry out any action (operation) or a series of actions (operations) with personal data specified above by means of or without the use of automation, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer of personal data within the University system (dissemination, provision, access), de-personalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data in order to:

• protect my constitutional rights and legitimate interest,
• ensure the enforcement of laws and other legal acts,
• ensure the participation by the Subject in NSU admission campaign,
• publish the information on persons who have submitted the documents required for admission, accepted or rejected applicants, the order of admission, participation by the Subject in the entrance exams and the results of exemination on NSU website,
• ensure openness and transparency of admission campaign,
• ensure my personal safety and the safety of property,
• carry out the statutory activity of NSU,
• accumulate the information about applicants and further archiving of such information in the NSU information network.

In case of illegal use of my personal data I have the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending a written request to Novosibirsk State University indicating the valid reasons.

This consent shall come into effect upon signature from the moment of its submission (signing) until the end of the admission campaign. In compliance with the Federal Law NSU is not limited in archiving personal data in paper-based and electronic forms.
